HEROIC neighbours bravely battled to save a 16-year-old girl who was found unconscious in the street after being “stabbed in the back”.
Cops scrambled to the scene in Austhorpe, Leeds, at 5.55am on Saturday, with the victim named locally as Chloe Watson.

Officers discovered Chloe, from the Cleckheaton area, with serious injuries in the middle of the street as locals frantically tried to save her life.
The teen was rushed to hospital where she was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.

One local claimed Chloe was “stabbed in the back” before other brave residents rallied around to try and save the teen.
Wayne Mallows, 64, told the Mail: “I was called out of the house about 5.50am on Saturday morning by a dog walker.
“She said that my neighbour was outside doing CPR on a young girl. He was getting tired.
“I took over until the ambulance arrived ten minutes later. She had been stabbed in the back and there was quite a bit of blood. Her eyes were just blank.”
A traumatised Mr Mallows added that he was struggling to get the image of the girl’s face out of his mind.
West Yorkshire Police arrested two women aged 18, a man aged 19 and a boy aged 17, on suspicion of murder.
They were detained at a nearby address and all four remain in custody while investigations continue.
A GoFundMe has since been set up by Chloe’s cousin, who claimed the teenager was killed “in a flash over a boy”.
Devastated cousin Shantelle wrote on the fundraiser: “I’m setting up a go fund me for my 16-year-old cousin who’s life was sadly taken in tragedy, 16 years young didn’t even make it to her 18th her whole life was taken in a flash over a boy, her mum is distraught she has left two younger siblings behind she was sadly murdered.

“I wanted to create a Go Fund Me to help give her the best send off possible she didn’t deserve this she was so full of life such an innocent beautiful soul taken too soon.”
Moving tributes to the youngster were posted online on Facebook and TikTok.
One read: “Rest in eternal peace beautiful girl, u (sic) was loved by many and gunna be missed forever.”
Another wrote: “Your bubbly personality, your weird laugh, your cringy jokes will forever be unmatched.
“You always made sure everyone was feeling litty and loved…it’s truly devastating.”
Chloe’s family have been notified and are being supported by specially-trained officers.
The force is still looking to hear from people who could help with their investigation.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Superintendent Marc Bowes, said: “Following our appeal for further information yesterday, we have now identified the deceased as a 16-year-old girl from the Cleckheaton area.
“Her family have been informed and we are supporting them as they try to come to terms with what has happened.”
“Our enquiries into the incident which led to her death are continuing, and I would appeal again to anyone who was in the Kennerleigh Avenue area in the early hours of yesterday morning to come forward if they have any information which could assist our investigation.”
